If for some reason you're not in love with it, you can reach out to us for a free return (within the 48 contiguous U.S. states). We'll send you a pre-paid return label for an easy return. Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll issue you a full refund within 2 business days to the form of payment you made your purchase with.

Other one-size-fits-all pillows don’t provide the comfort or support needed for a good night’s rest since each person has a different body type, sleep position, and unique needs. We’ve designed our pillow to be fully adjustable to complement each person’s needs for the best sleep ever. Although there may be other "adjustable" pillows out there, those tend to just come in different fill levels and don't allow for actual adjustability. Our pillow is fully adjustable in that you can add, remove, and shape the fill to suit your size and sleep position(s). This allows for much more customization to suit each person's unique needs.

Yes, absolutely you can wash your Bold Pillow! Here are the directions.


Removable Cover - To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. To Dry: Tumble dry low. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.


Inner Pillow - To Wash: Secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that it does not open/spill memory foam during the wash. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. To Dry: Dry one pillow at a time. Tumble dry low until the inner pillow is completely dry before use. This may take several cycles and differs depending on your washer and dryer.


Please note that in order to maintain the integrity of your pillow, we do not recommend washing your pillow more than once a year.
